Aaron Lyman, President
Aaron Lyman spent 2 years from 1978 until 1980 working in Indonesia
in various charitable activities, including teaching English.  He attended
the University of Utah and obtained a BS in Industrial Engineering.

Aaron has held various high-tech management positions, including
Vice President of Worldwide Sales for SigmaTel, a leading
Austin-based computer chip supplier in the USA for the last 7 years.  He
managed a worldwide sales force as the company held its initial public
stock offering, building a company with a market capitalization of more
than $1 billion.   Aaron speaks and reads Bahasa Indonesia fluently
and has been traveling extensively throughout Asia for more than 20

Eric Lyman, Vice President Operations
Eric Lyman spent two years working and residing in Uruguay South
America and has traveled extensively in Argentina, Chile and Brazil
and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.  Eric is a world-record
bungee jumper and extreme adventurer who brings energy and an
appreciation of nature’s challenges to the tsunami relief effort.  Eric
also brings his expertise as a rope, repel, rigging and rescue
expert.  He is experienced in building and civil engineering projects
with 20 years of experience in the construction industry.  Eric is the
younger brother to Aaron Lyman

Eddie Bloom, Vice President Communications & Finance
Eddie Bloom served for two years in the Peace Corps in
Afghanistan from 1977 to 1979.  He earned a BS in Psychology from
Western Illinois University and two master’s degrees from Ohio
University in International Affairs and Political Science.  

Eddie is originally from Chicago where he was raised as number
12 in a family of 16 children.  He has been in Austin, Texas since
1981 and has worked for the state ever since.  He has held various
executive management positions in Texas State Government,
including agency Executive Director and Deputy Commissioner.

President of Finance & Communications and Chief of Yayasan
